I sorta had a little trouble figuring out the setup at first, so I reached out to Pet Pro Supply. The support person walked me through it and answered my questions in a way that didn’t make things more confusing. It did take a bit to hear back, but once they replied, they were helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.
"Terrible timing for a confusing build"
I picked the worst time to put this together, and it made the whole thing even more frustrating. The instructions were confusing, parts didn’t seem super clear, and what I thought would be a quick setup turned into an annoying hassle. Not something I’d want to deal with again, especially when I was already short on time.

I got a pet gate from petprosupplyco.com and it was already falling apart after about two weeks. The latch loosened up and one side cracked. Not worth the price for me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I got my dog food and treats just fine, so that was good!!! But one of the toys showed up in the wrong size, which was kind of annoying!!! Not the end of the world or anything, just a little frustrating!!!

"Easy enough checkout"
Checkout was painless. My quick test for online shopping is basically, “Did anything slow me down or make me second-guess it?” and this passed for the most part. Pages loaded fast, payment went through on the first try, and I didn’t have to redo anything. The only thing that annoyed me was the shipping cost showing up kind of late in the process, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Customer service got back to me quickly"
I had a question about my order, so I sent them a message. I wasn’t really sure how long it would take—actually, I figured I might be waiting a while—but they got back to me the same day and answered what I needed.
I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking update was a little slow at first. But support was helpful, and it didn’t turn into a hassle or anything. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Return was fair enough, but not the fastest"
I ended up ordering the wrong size, so I had to send it back. To be fair, the return instructions were easy to follow and nothing was confusing. The only downside was that customer service took a bit to respond, and the refund took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I’d say it could’ve been smoother...

"Decent stuff, but literally not the best value"
Everything showed up fine and the items were decent, so I don’t really have any major complaints. I just felt like the prices were literally a bit higher than what the products were worth. Not a bad experience, just not something I’d call a great deal.

"Fair prices and worth considering"
I checked a few other pet sites before ordering, and the prices here seemed fair overall. Shipping wasn’t exactly the cheapest, but the pet food and flea treatments were reasonably priced, so it balanced out for me. My final take is that I’d order again, especially if the items I need are in stock.

I don’t know, the pictures on petprosupplyco.com made this seem a lot nicer than it actually was. Like, in the photos it looked sturdier and more polished, but once I opened the box it just felt kind of cheap. At first glance it was fine, I guess, but the more I looked at it, the less it matched what I thought I was getting. Shipping was totally okay, no issues there. I was just disappointed with the actual product. Not terrible, just... not really what I expected.

Support did end up helping me get things sorted out, but it took longer than I expected. A couple of the replies also came across a bit like they were talking down to me, which was frustrating. In the end, they were helpful, but the experience could’ve felt a lot better.

"Delivery has been dependably on time for me"
I’ve ordered from petprosupplyco.com a handful of times now, mostly for my dog’s regular food, and the thing I appreciate most is that the delivery has been really consistent. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, I know, but when you’re ordering something your pet actually needs every day, having it show up when it’s supposed to makes a big difference.
So far, my orders have arrived on the day they said they would, and I haven’t had to deal with any of that annoying stuff where the tracking disappears, gets stuck somewhere, or says one thing while the package is clearly doing something else. One time the food even showed up a little early, which was actually a huge relief because I had cut it closer than I meant to and was getting down to the last bit in the bag.
There’s not a ton more to say beyond that, but in a good way. The ordering has been straightforward, the delivery timing has been reliable, and it saves me from making a last-minute trip to the store when I realize we’re almost out. For me, that kind of predictability is exactly what I’m looking for.

My order showed up late, and getting help from support took longer than I expected. What was frustrating was that nobody really seemed to own the issue, it felt like I kept getting passed around without a clear answer. The dog bed itself is fine, but the whole experience was disappointing.
